Convert Spreadsheet Server Formulas

The Convert Spreadsheet Server Formulas option allows users to convert all Spreadsheet Server formulas (for example, GXL, GXD, GEXQ, GEXD, etc.) and ProSheet formulas (for example, Account Data, Account Description, etc.) to values in the current sheet or workbook.

1. In Excel, from the Spreadsheet Server Ribbon, select Tools > Convert SS Formulas. The Convert Spreadsheet Server Formulas panel appears.

   Starting from version 25.2, a new user interface and a caution prompt have been introduced for the Convert SS Formulas button.

   

2. Click the drop-down list, and select whether to convert formulas in the current sheet or workbook.

3. Click OK. The system converts all Spreadsheet Server formulas in the current sheet or workbook to values, and closes the panel.
