Automated Profile Delivery

Automated Profile Delivery is a feature that enables Account Managers to create GL profiles without requiring Professional Services involvement. Using Profile Wizard, you can connect to your ERP, automatically detect GL account structures and segments, and save the completed profile to Platform Storage in minutes.

  • Initial Release:Spreadsheet Server v26.1 (June 2026) — Viewpoint Vista and MRI Platform X
  • Expanded Release:Spreadsheet Server v26.3 (September 2026) — Additional on-premise GL-only ERPs

ERP Support Limitations

The following ERP scenarios are not supported:

  • Cloud-based ERPs (Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, Infor Cloudsuite, etc.)
  • ERPs with complex multi-dimensional hierarchies beyond standard GL segments
  • ERPs requiring custom data warehouse or replication infrastructure
